Why South Hill

Care that fits how Prince Albert lives

Two services under one roof, two phone lines so you reach the right team, and an on-site pharmacy so you don't have to hunt for one after your visit.

— 01

The right line, every time

One number for walk-in, another for family practice. No phone-tree maze, no being rerouted three times — call the line that matches what you need.

— 02

Evenings & weekends

The walk-in clinic stays open until 8 PM weekdays and 6 PM on weekends, so you don't have to take a half-day off work for a sore throat or a sprained ankle.

— 03

Pharmacy under one roof

Leave with your prescription already filled. No second errand, no driving across town, no waiting list at another pharmacy on a busy Saturday.

Frequently asked

Questions, answered

Do I need an appointment for the walk-in clinic?
No — the walk-in clinic is first-come, first-served during posted hours. Just come in during walk-in hours.
Which number do I call?
Call (306) 922-2266 for the walk-in clinic (same-day, minor emergencies, prescription renewals). Call (306) 922-9570 for the family practice (registered patients, ongoing care, or to register as a new family-practice patient). Both lines are answered during their posted hours.
What should I bring to my visit?
Bring your Saskatchewan Health card, a list of any current medications and dosages, and any relevant medical records or recent lab results if you have them. New patients should also bring photo ID.
Are you accepting new family-practice patients?
Yes — capacity varies, but we are currently accepting new family-practice patients. Please call the family-practice line at (306) 922-9570 during weekday hours (9 AM – 5 PM) and ask reception about joining the practice.
Is there a cost for visits?
Most visits are covered by Saskatchewan Health (SHA). A few services — sick notes, travel medicine, certain forms — are not covered and will be billed directly. Reception will let you know up front.
Is the building accessible?
Yes. The clinic has wheelchair access, accessible parking, and an accessible washroom. If you need any accommodations, let reception know when you arrive.
Do you have an on-site pharmacy?
Yes — there is a pharmacy on site, so you can have your prescription filled before you leave.
How do I leave a review?
If you've had a good experience, the most helpful thing you can do is leave a Google review by searching "South Hill Medical Practice Prince Albert" on Google. It helps other Prince Albert families find us.
